TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEASECODE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR ACADEMY CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF NO PURCHASE WAS MADE. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeaseCode and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of this Legal Notice, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third‑party rights.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Legal Notice and all matters relating to your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Notice shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
8. DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA) NOTICE
