RETURN & REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the intimate and adult nature of many of our products, our policy is strict. Please read it carefully before ordering.


1. General Rule: All Sales Are Final

Except as explicitly stated below, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, buyer’s remorse, or any reason other than a proven defect or damage attributable to us.
Because most of our products are intimate, personal, or come into direct contact with the body, returns are impossible once the packaging has been opened or the item has been used.


2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.
Send an email to signal@teasecode.com with:

- Your order number,

- A clear description of the defect or damage,

- Photographs or video evidence of the issue.

What we will do:
After reviewing your submission, we may, at our sole discretion:

- Issue a full refund for the defective item,

- Send a replacement (if available),

- Provide a partial refund or store credit.

If we require the item to be returned for inspection, we will provide you with a prepaid return label (where possible) or detailed shipping instructions.
Items sent back without our prior authorisation will not be accepted and will be discarded.

Important conditions for defective items:

- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, except for the alleged defect.

- You must include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals where applicable.

- We reserve the right to reject a claim if the product shows evidence of misuse, alteration, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or if the defect was caused by failure to follow care instructions.


3. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are never eligible for return or refund, even if defective (unless required by law):

- All intimate products: lingerie, bodysuits, hosiery, swimwear, costumes, wigs, and any clothing that comes into direct contact with intimate areas once the protective hygiene seal or packaging has been opened or removed.

- All sex toys and BDSM gear: vibrators, dildos, anal plugs, strap‑ons, prostate massagers, harnesses, collars, cuffs, whips, gags, masks, chastity devices, and any item intended for sexual contact, regardless of whether it has been used.

- Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards.

- Custom or personalised products.

- Digital products and Academy content: All educational courses, PDF downloads, scripts, and any other digital material sold through our Academy are final sale and non‑refundable under all circumstances.

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If a non‑returnable item arrives defective or damaged, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit after reviewing the evidence, but returns are strictly prohibited.


4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Shipping charges, express delivery fees, and customs duties are non‑refundable.


5. European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the following exceptions:

- Health and hygiene protection: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery. This covers all intimate products listed in Section 3 (lingerie, sex toys, BDSM gear, wigs, etc.) once you have opened the sealed packaging.

- Digital content: If you have purchased digital products (Academy courses, downloads) and you have expressly consented to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal, the cooling‑off period does not apply.

If you believe your EU order qualifies for the cooling‑off period (e.g., a non‑intimate product that remains sealed), contact us immediately. We will inform you of your rights and, if applicable, the return procedure. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or your order is limited to the purchase price you paid for that specific item.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.


7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding this policy or any refund requests that cannot be resolved amicably shall be handled in accordance with the Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver set forth in our Terms of Service. You waive any right to bring a class action or to have a jury trial.


8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy applicable to your order is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
